Thanksgiving Black Friday Steals

EDIT: now through Sunday you get 20% off your purchase of $200 or more at Bloomingdale’s! This deal actually includes the classic Burberry trenches which NEVER go on sale so if you’ve been eying one here is your chance to get it for $350-$400 off. I bought the Sandringham earlier this year and I LOVE it and wear it every chance I get.

So many great Black Friday sales are rolling in! A lot of my closet staples that I’ve either broken or have been dying to order in more colors are now available again so I’m having a field day. Most of these items I purchased full price so the chance to snag them now on major sale is amazing. Here are some of my favorite picks, and I’ll keep updating this as more great items become available!

Loft Sateen Legging in Desert Cactus

Tom’s Desert Wedge Bootie in Taupe

This may be my most exciting find because I’ve been desperately searching for these Loft petite sateen leggings since last winter! I own this pair in olive and wanted to buy it in more colors because these fit like a glove, giving off a slim appearance while elongating the legs. However alll the other colors were sold out by the time I went to look! Even the stores were all sold out (trust me I checked multiple). So this year when I found every color restocked in normal and petite sizes, I immediately put the navy, black, and gray into my shopping cart. These are work appropriate, super comfy, and flattering, and you can’t beat the price! They are currently 50% off of $69.50, available in all sizes and colors, with code BERRYGOOD. Use the same code for 50% off everything site-wide.

Also shown above are my Tom’s wedges in taupe that go with absolutely everything and are extremely comfortable. I’ve worn them to work and I walk over a mile to work each way so you know they’re comfy. They’re also really cute; I know four people (me, two coresidents, and an attending) who have the exact same pair and we all love this shoe. If you’re in the market for a cute casual wedge bootie, this is your answer.

Forever 21 faux leather jacket (old, new fave leather jacket here)

Ann Taylor cable knit sweater in PXXS (old, this season’s here, 50% off with code CELEBRATE)

I first found this Ann Taylor pearlized statement necklace through one of my favorite petite fashion bloggers Jean, and I’ve since bought three or four necklaces as gifts to dear friends, my mom, and of course, myself. I love it as an easy way to glam up any everyday outfit or for a fancy night out. It is now an extra 50% off of $49.99 with code CELEBRATE, which is such a great price for a classic piece. Everything on Ann Taylor site-wide is also 50% off with that code, so if you need any work-wear, now’s the time to stock up.
OTK Boot Review NordstromOne of my favorite purchases from the Nordstrom half yearly sale earlier this year, these Halogen Noble OTK boots are as comfortable to walk in as they are stylish. The material is firm and the heel is slightly blocky, providing more support and stability. I kid you not I walked 5 miles in these shoes around Central Park and around the city! Good OTK boots are hard to find at an affordable price and these are budget friendly at just over $100, a real steal for the quality.

Blanket scarf

ASOS oversized square scarf (old, current here)

BlankNYC Faux leather jacket

Stuart Weitzman OTK boots

The colder it gets the more I just want to stay in bed under the covers but since I have to be out and about I opt for the next best thing: wearing blankets around. ASOS has some amazingly cush and stylish oversized square blanket scarves this season and everything on ASOS is on sale for 30% off with code THANKFUL30. I’m snagging a few of these to keep me bundled up on my daily walks to work!

This picture doesn’t do the peacoat justice but this Nordstrom peacoat is perfect for those living in warmer climates (think West coast, slightly wimpier winters). It is on the thinner side but comes in a variety of wintry colors like forest green, maroon, and classic camel, and it is a whopping $30…you can’t find a better deal for a peacoat than that! This is not exactly a winter shoe but it’s a good time to stock up on these Halogen Ghillie lace up flats for spring! I bought this pair in blush for the full price of $89.95 and now they’re $43.16 >_< I’m tempted to get one in other colors, but these are selling out fast. I had my eye on the metallic silver ones and they’re already sold out! These are comfortable, easy to walk in, and I’ve gotten so many compliments even from patients when I wear them to clinic! Note: the sole is a little thin so for prolonged wear I recommend an insole.

J Crew Petite Majesty Peacoat in navy, size 00

Ann Taylor Mini Pebbled Signature Tote in Navy (sold out, this season’s here)

This is the J Crew Petite majesty peacoat, a slight variation of the stadium cloth peacoat I got on super sale last year. To be honest I like this year’s version even MORE  because the pockets aren’t in such a weird location! Last year’s coat pockets are vertical slits near the chest (why?!) and I prefer having them in the normal position on the bottom of the jacket. Still many sizes left in petite and 000/00/0 and it’s a great deal ($240 down from $300) for a thick high quality winter coat. Also, everything at J Crew is 40% off with code HOLIDAY!

I’ve written about this super petite Blank NYC faux leather jacket before and now it’s on crazy sale in one of my favorite colors, oxblood. This is the best fitting leather jacket I’ve ever tried on; the sleeves are cut short (perfect on me) and the body of the jacket runs narrow. In fact I recommend sizing up if you like being able to zip your jackets. UPDATE: Already sold out :( Still available at the full price of $98 in black and caramel.

Let me know what you end up buying and share some of your favorite finds with me!
